Typically, the service delivery process involves:

        •  Initial Evaluation & Consultation
          •  Casting and Measurements
          •  Custom Fabrication of Device
          •  Patient Fitting and Adjustment
          •  Patient Education and Training
          •  Follow-up Visits

To ensure both the ultimate in quality and consistency in delivery, Inland Artificial Limb & Brace has developed a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that is intended to infuse quality into every product and service we offer, and to demonstrate to our employees, patients, and healthcare professionals that our commitment to consistent quality is the best rout to complete patient satisfaction.
Our Quality Assurance Program consists of complimentary evaluations, complimentary follow-up appointments, and ultimately referring our patients back to physician for additional care.  By following the steps in Our Quality Assurance Program, we ensure optimum care as well as feedback from our patients and physicians.
Our Core Operating Principles are the values that drive our relationships with patients, employees, referral sources and suppliers.  We believe that by adhering to these principles, we will make a positive contribution to our community and the healthcare profession.
